MEET TODD HOOVER! Todd is the owner of Pour House Restaurant & Bar in Rockford, IL. Pour House is a BBQ restaurant currently serving breakfast and lunch while working toward offering dinner and a full-service bar in 2025. Todd officially opened his doors on September 4, 2024, with the vision of creating a good family-style restaurant for the NW side of Rockford—a place close to his heart since he grew up in the area and has always loved this community.
When asked what he loves most about the Rockford community, Todd said, “the people.”
Fun fact: Pour House’s mascot, Chicken Charlie, comes from the original restaurant that was once in the same location.
Pour House is a 100% veteran-owned business and proudly supports other local businesses, such as Fire Department Coffee. Thank you, Todd, for investing in Rockford and bringing great food and community spirit to the NW side!
