Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of advertising, directory listings, sponsorships, and related services offered through My City Guide (“MCG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
My City Guide provides online business listings, featured listings, advertising, sponsorship opportunities, promotional services, and related marketing products. Services may vary by territory and are subject to availability.
2. Payment
Invoices are due according to the terms listed on the invoice.
Recurring services authorize My City Guide to charge the payment method on file until cancelled.
Accounts with past-due balances may have services suspended or removed until payment is received.
The customer is responsible for any collection costs, reasonable attorney fees, and expenses incurred in collecting unpaid balances.
3. Renewals & Cancellation
Recurring services continue until cancelled in writing.
Unless otherwise specified, cancellations require thirty (30) days’ written notice.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or current billing periods.
4. Listing Content
Businesses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted for publication.
My City Guide reserves the right to edit, reject, remove, or refuse any listing or advertisement that contains false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
5. Ownership
Businesses retain ownership of their business information.
My City Guide retains ownership of its website, software, design, directory structure, search rankings, photography, graphics, branding, layouts, databases, and all proprietary systems used to operate the platform.
6. Marketing Results
While we work hard to maximize visibility for every advertiser, My City Guide cannot guarantee search rankings, website traffic, customer inquiries, sales, or return on investment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My City Guide’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim.
My City Guide shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
8. Changes to Services
We continually improve the platform and reserve the right to modify features, pricing, advertising options, listing packages, and platform functionality as needed to improve the overall experience.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Rock County, Wisconsin.
10. Acceptance
Payment of any invoice, purchase of any listing or advertising package, or continued use of My City Guide constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
