As long as I can remember, I’ve had a love of “stuff”, okay, junk. Collecting things, taking old things and turning them into something new, or the thrill of the hunt at a yard sale for the perfect treasure. I grew up in an older home with glass door knobs, beautiful oak woodwork, and pocket doors, built-ins everywhere, and big heavy radiators for heat. From there, my passion for hunting out old pieces of furniture or a vintage item grew. I started only buying furniture to put in my home, growing into where we are today, a neighborhood service and store supporting our community with a sustainable way to sell and shop.

Select pieces may be resold, while others will be donated to local charities or disposed of responsibly. Once the clean-out is complete, the home will be left broom-swept and ready for its next chapter, saving you time, effort, and stress.
Partial House Clean-Out
Partial house clean-out services designed for homeowners who don’t need a full estate clean-out but want to clear specific areas or categories of items. Our team helps remove furniture, decor, clothing, and other belongings that you no longer want, while leaving the rest of the home intact. This service is perfect for downsizing, decluttering, or preparing a property for sale. Items we remove can be resold on consignment. This will give you peace of mind and a refreshed space without the hassle of doing it yourself.
Selective Pick-Up/Drop-Off
The Pickin Chicks also offer a selective pick-up and drop off services where we curate and remove only the unwanted items that fit our resale standards. We do not take everything, but carefully choose what we know our customers will love. Clothing must be in excellent condition with no stains, rips or tears, and we prefer brand-name pieces. Furniture must be solid, durable, and ready for a second life.
