Interested in signing up for classes? Classes meet once a week for 55 minutes. Our preschool classes are $82/mth and our main gym classes are $89/mth. Discounts for multiple classes or siblings.
About the owners: Max and Donya Dempsey bring over 70 years’ collective experience to this and related sports. Max’s accolades are listed above, and Donya has extensive experience as a competitive all-around gymnast, featured pointe ballet soloist, and middle school, high school, and college cheerleader.

Birthday Parties
GAR North parties are great for kids and great for parents! Great for kids because...well...it's GAR North! State-of-the-art gym complete with olympic trampolines, 70 ft tumbltrak, 100 ft rod floor, crazy fun inflatable, ninja warrior elements, and all kinds of other cool stuff! And it's great for parents because we take the stress out of it for you. We book one party at a time, so the whole place is yours. Plus, you get 2 to 3 staff that are prepared to do it all for you. You just bring your party stuff and we will set it all up, serve the food, cut the cake, keep the kids safe and happy, and even clean up afterwards and load your car for you! You just come ready to relax and take great pictures of your child's special moment. Our 2 hr parties are just $299 and include 12 playing kids PLUS the guest of honor and exclusive use of the facility for the entire duration. Spring Break Camp Intense-City: MARCH 27 - 31
6 hours $56/daily or $190/wk. This is absolutely a GAR North favorite! Unlike traditional child-care camps, Camp Intense-City is a chance for your child to level up in the sports that he or she loves here including trampoline, tumbling, gymnastics, even ninja! The training starts at 9:00 am and finishes at 3:00 pm, but there is no extra charge for early drop off or late pick up. Makes sure he/she brings a water bottle and a lunch. No crafts made out of a toilet paper roll here... just sore muscles and great memories to take home. Expect to receive a tired but excited kiddo at the end of each day! Use the full week or just the days you need. $50 deposit will hold your spot. NOTE: When registering, just select the FIRST day that you need us (not all of the days). We will confirm how many days you need and pricing via phone call or on your first day.
