The Rock Valley Summer Festival orchestra is made up of musicians from the Music Academy in Rockford, Rock Valley College, Rockford Symphony Orchestra and local professional musicians. The orchestra is led by Rock Valley College music professor and Rockford Symphony Principal Cellist Michael Beert.
