Comedian Bio’s for the Night:

Host Tony Lisowski is an up-and-coming Chicago Comedian. Often referred to as a “comedians comic”, his sharp writing blends unique, humorous, insights on day-to-day family life with surprising, silly commentary on our absurd culture.

Guest Feature Zach is a NYC based comedian who’s been doing comedy for almost 14 years. In those times he’s been featured on MTV and Comedy Central. He also performed in the New Orleans Comedy festival 8 years in a row, as well as being one of the festival’s headliners 3 of those years. He’s also been a featured performer at the Boston Comedy Festival, NY Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, and Cape May Comedy Festival. Zach’s self-deprecating, approachable style make him a crowd favorite wherever he performs.

Feature Chris Trani is a fantastic Chicago comic and the producer of The House of Blues stand-up comedy show on Thursday nights in Chicago. He’s also a regular at The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Bar, Zanies, the Funny Bone & more. Chris has opened for Jon Lovitz and shared the stage with Roy Wood Jr. (The Daily Show), Dov Davidoff (HBO’s CRASHING), and Pat McGann (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert). Chris integrates all forms of comedy into his act: stand-up, storytelling, crowd work, one-liners; and if need be, can do it all in Spanish (kinda)!

Feature Yoni Heisler is a Chicago-based stand-up who enjoys blending sharp one-liners with quirky observational humor. Currently a paid regular at Zanies Comedy Club in Chicago, Yoni has also performed at clubs across the country, including Carolines on Broadway, New York Comedy Club, and The Laughing Tap in Milwaukee. Yoni has been lucky enough to feature for several nationally touring headliners, including Tim Dillion, Usama Siddiqque, Ali Macofsky, and Mary Mack.

Headliner Marz Timms is an internationally known actor/comedian who plays the character, Van Howard, on the NETFLIX original series “EASY” seasons 1 & 2. Marz voices the character, Jax, in the popular Mortal Kombat video game and is the former In-Arena Host for the Chicago Bulls where he performed for 34,000 screaming fans at home games. He headlined the Milwaukee Comedy Festival, and was recently featured in the NBC, Universal Television “Break Out Festival” at Second City in Chicago. Timms and his comedy group Pimprov are featured on the HULU tv show “Chef Jeremiah Bullfrog Forks It”; as the show to see when traveling to Chicago. As a stand-up comedian his style has been called “nerdy, yet urban.” and Marz has performed with well-known comics such as Tracy Morgan, Guy Torry, Nikki Glaser, Eddie Griffin, and Louie Anderson. Marz has also shared the stage with (Oscar-winning writer) Jordan Peele, and Keegan Michael Key formerly of Comedy Central’s “Key & Peele”, SNL’s Chris Redd, and Horatio Sanz. He was an original member of Second City’s Brown Co. where he was a writer and actor. Marz has taught improv classes, and workshops internationally. As an actor, he has performed in over 100 productions across the world and got his start in Chicago at The Annoyance Theater.
