CHEF’S TABLE
The Chef’s Table experience offers an intimate setting with private seating for up to 10 guests, ensuring an exclusive and personalized dining experience. The highlight of the experience is the tantalizing tasting menu of 8 courses. Each course is carefully crafted to showcase local, seasonal produce and luxurious ingredients sourced from around the world. To complement the culinary journey, guests can indulge in wine & sake pairings or reserve pairings, enhancing the flavors and elevating the overall dining experience.
PRIVATE EVENTS
SALT has three private dining rooms of various sizes that can accommodate parties of up to 60 people. If interested in hosting an event at SALT, please email your request to info@saltrockford.com.
FULL BUY OUT
SALT can accommodate full buyouts throughout our main dining room and front room, which can accommodate up to 100 people. Enjoy the complete SALT experience with custom menus developed by our renowned culinary team and a specially curated wine and cocktail list.
