Bio’s for the Night:
Guest Feature AJ Leidig started making internet videos during college and quickly discovered a love for comedy. Now he uses that same wit on stage across Chicago, the suburbs, and Milwaukee!
Main Feature Ken Flores is a stand-up comedian from Aurora. He started his comedy journey 4 years ago at the Comedy Shrine in Aurora and now works all over the Chicagoland Area including The Comedy Bar, Zanies & Produces LATINXL a monthly comedy showcase at The Laugh Factory in Chicago.
Main Feature Eric “Mitch” Mitchell is originally from Camden, AR, and started his comedy trek navigating the Chicagoland area while using his southern sweet tea sensibilities in a very unforgiving Chicago comedy scene. He has since taken his act on the road leaving a nonsensical trail of goofiness. By the time he’s done you know way too much about his life and wonder if you should start a go fund me. One thing is certain. If you can survive the Chicago comedy scene, you can survive anything! Mitch has performed at every major club in Chicago and different clubs around the country. His home club is The Comedy Shrine where he is also a producer and performer. He has performed at the NW Black Comedy Festival in Portland. He’s loud, goofy, and a bit rude, just like that uncle at the family bar-b-que.
Headliner Ronnie Ray, Chicago’s own brings hilarious real-life moments to the stage! He found his true passion for comedy at the age of six, thanks to Eddie Murphy and Saturday Night Live. Ronnie began perfecting his craft by listening to his family and the world around him. The Real Underdog of Comedy, Ronnie Ray a student of comedy. He trained at Second City Chicago, ETA Creative Arts Foundation; Chicago, IL., and Act One Studios; Chicago, IL.. He polished his verbal creativity and ability to write sketches by performing with comedy ensemble OBN “Oui Be Negroes” and Nation of Improv. Ronnie Ray has toured the country as a Headliner and Feature for over 12 years as a stand-up comedian. He has shared with such Comedians ranging from Robin Williams to Leslie Jones and many more. Mr. Ray’s performances have received accolades in national and local publications, with his stand-up being described as Hilarious, quick-witted, and extremely talented. As Stand-up Comedian Ronnie Ray has recently released Part 1 of 3 of a Comedy Album EP series called “Outta My System” in April 2016. Also, a full-length Comedy Album entitled “Comedy Before Flesh” was released July 2016. Both are available on all music services. Ronnie Ray has started in the Playboy TV’s series “Canoga Park” as Keith Jameson (all 13 episodes), appear in Nickelodeon’s “Victorious”, Shonda Rhimes’s “Grey Anatomy” and just recently Dick Wolf’s “Chicago Fire”. Appeared in such movies as Save The Last Dance (with Kerry Washington and Julia Stiles), Redrum (Kenny Young and Jill Marie Jones), C’mon Man (Tony Rock and Rodney Perry), and many others.
