Training with THE BODY FACTORY is for those clients who are serious about a healthy lifestyle and wanting to take their training to the next level. It will take your dedication and commitment and together we will get you amazing results.
We are located in Machesney Park, Illinois with clients from Southern WI to Northern Illinois. Clyde Henderson is the owner of The Body Factory, and here to help you with all questions and to support you through your healthy journey. A note form Clyde, “I work one on one with everyone, because I know each person is different. I will commit to your goals and will be just as passionate for them, as long as you give the commitment to me. Hard work, perseverance and determination have fueled my passions throughout my entire life. I am certified as a personal trainer, and I also hold a certification in TRX training as well as nutrition. As a former active duty Marine, I possess the commitment and dedication towards my clients that enable then to reach their goals. With my experience in weightlifting, nutrition, and cardio, my programs are always designed with the client’s best interest in mind.. Training is like a puzzle, every client is different, and every client requires different goals. Putting the pieces together is what I do and it shows through my existing clients’ success.”

PRICING
2 days a week(group classes) - $100/mo, 3 days a week(group classes) - $120/mo.unlimited training(group classes) - $150/mo, One-on-One training - $25/session, Adult Boxing Class with Rod - $20/session, THE CHALLENGE-(see challenge info) - $150/6wks (includes workouts & meal plan), XTREME HIP HOP BY CLYDE (see Xtreme info) - $60/mo (includes 2x/week in-person. Classes are every Monday and Wednesday (for beginners) and Tuesday and Thursdays (advance) @ 7pm - Sharp!!! If you're not a monthly paying person, then it will be a $10 drop in fee.
THE CHALLENGE
It includes custom workout sessions 3x a week, meal plans, nutrition guidance, and free boot camps on saturday @830am. NO MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED!!!!! ANYONE CAN GET IN IT.. FOR 6WKS OR SEE DO U HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO GO THE FULL 90 DAYS!!!! 6 week sessions/3x a week $150/per person for 6-wks You have the choice of class days and times: Monday-Friday: 6am, 7am, 8am,10am and 11am. Tuesday-Thursday: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm. Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
XTREME HIP HOP BY CLYDE
We will be offering this amazing class 2x a week! The classes will be a beginners class. You will have the ability to sign up for the live "in-person". The cost of the class will be only $60/month for the live "in-person. This will give you the ability to come and get down with us every Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm(live in-person) . If you don't want to do a monthly payment then it will only be a $10 drop in every time to participate. Also, you will need a step to bring your own step for now, but a step isn't required to do the class. So don't miss out ! This is going to be a really fun, dope class that everyone can do and have a great time doing it!!

Wednesday: 6:30am, 7am, 8am, 10am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm(Xtreme HipHopbeginners) Thursday: 6:30am, 7am, 8am, 10am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm(Xtreme HipHop). Friday: 6:30am, 7am, 8am, 10am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm. Saturday: Boot camp @ 8am-10am(open Gym) & 10am(Xtreme HipHop Advance) ***Certain day will be just open gym. Which is open to anyone who is paying for training... A more detail schedule is posted at the gym and is available upon request... Group training is also available at different times with 3 or more people participating in the group. All one-on-one training will be done according to scheduling.
